1973 is another golden year
In response to the comment a couple doors down, the band played a smoking all-time great version of Black Peter just a few months earlier at PNE Coliseum
...
towards the end of June.
First set excellent with a standard list augmented by a Black Peter, which I'm pretty sure they hadn't played in a little while. Sing Your Blues has
...
been on fire ever since the Fiero & Ellis have been sitting in, & this is no exception, but it's cut at the beginning. WRS is great, but gets dragged out & mushy at the end of Let It Grow when nobody can figure out where the song ends.

Correct running order for Set 2
I was at this show and recorded it from the audience. According to my unedited master cassette, the correct running order for set 2 is: He's Gone >
...
Truckin' > Drums & Bass > The Other One > Wharf Rat > Row Jimmy. Doug Sahm opened the show and his horn section, Martin Fierro and Joe Ellis, joined in for the rest of the set. It took several minutes for the crew to set up the mics for the horns. Then came: Let Me Sing Your Blues Away, Weather Report Suite (with a rare reprise of the intro to end the suite), One More Saturday Night and the encore Casey Jones. A great show, costing all of $6 tax included)for a general admission ticket!
